Fotis Dulos, girlfriend, civil suit lawyer arraigned in case of missing Connecticut mom Jennifer Dulos
A Conneticut judge on Wednesday ordered Fotis Dulos, who was charged a day earlier in the death of his estranged wife Jennifer Dulos, be held on $6 million bond and have no contact with his five children or their guardian.
